1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Karupie's sustainable interior painting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Karupie. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. You must ensure property access during scheduled appointments and maintain a safe working environment for our team. Users are responsible for removing or protecting personal belongings and furniture before service commencement.

Important:

Provide accurate property dimensions and surface conditions
Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available during service
Disclose any hazardous materials or special conditions
Comply with all local building codes and regulations

3. Service Limitations

Karupie provides sustainable interior painting services subject to certain limitations. Services are contingent upon weather conditions, material availability, and property accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for quality work delivery.

Color matching is approximate and may vary due to lighting conditions, surface texture, and paint formulation. We do not guarantee exact color reproduction from samples or digital representations. Service timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and materials remain the exclusive property of Karupie. Users are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to access and use our services for personal purposes only.

Any custom color consultations, design recommendations, or proprietary techniques developed during service delivery remain Karupie's intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our methods without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Limitations

Karupie's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use or inability to use services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the contract value for the specific project in question.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage but disclaim liability for pre-existing property damage, hidden defects, or damage resulting from user negligence. Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseeable circumstances exempt us from performance obligations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are required for project initiation with final payment due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment and pursue collection remedies as permitted by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or service provision shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under commercial arbitration rules. Both parties waive rights to jury trial and class action participation.

Prior to arbitration, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation. The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. These dispute resolution provisions survive termination of the service relationship.

8. Modification and Termination

Karupie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms represent the complete agreement between parties regarding service provision.
